국무장관 존 케리가 이라크와 시리아에서 테러를 자행하고 있는 지하디스트를 처부수는데

'거의 모든 국가'가 참가해 역할을 맡아야 한다면서 이슬람 국가 (IS)를 처부수기 위해 영구적인

국제연합군을 창설해야 한다고 힘주어 말했다.
